Opinions on Forest Resources Assets Management

本文以市场经济理论为指导，系统分析了我国森林资源管理的现状、特点以及存在的问题，在此基础上，充分论证了推行森林资源资产化管理的必要性，并围绕森林资源资产管理的几个理论问题进行了深入探讨，提出了一些新的概念构思，包括森林资源资产、森林资源资产管理等。

Abstract Under the guidance of the theory of market economy, the paper systematically analyses the current situation, characteristics and existing problems about China’s forest resources management. Further on this basis, it fully proves the needs to execute forest resources asset management, goes further into a few theoretical issues about forest resources assets management, and put forward some new concepts such as forest resources assets, forest resources assets management etc, which proposes some thinkings and suggestions concerning building forest resources assets management system.
