改革开放以来,河南省出现了许多村级先进党组织。它们在带领农民共同致富的过程中,积累了许多经验,给予我们如下启示:农村基层党组织必须把带领农民致富奔小康作为全部工作的重中之重;走共同富裕的道路是农村全面建设小康社会的最佳选择;农村基层党组织要带领农民共同致富,就要转变领导方式,解决好党的领导和民主管理的关系,就要建立健全激励机制,增强农村党员干部的先进性和工作积极性。需要解决的问题包括:如何壮大村集体的经济实力,解决农民共同富裕问题;新农村建设如何贯彻实事求是、一切从实际出发的原则;巩固党执政的物质基础,探索发展村级集体经济的途径。

There appeared many village-level advanced party organizations in Henan province since reform and openness. They accumulated a lot of experience in the course of leading the peasants to realize common prosperity. The experiences are as follows ： Rural party organizations at the basic level must consider leading the peasants to become well-off to be the most important emphasis in all works ; Following the road of common prosperity is the best choice in the all-sided construction of a well-off society in the countryside;In order to lead the peasants to realize prosperity for all, rural party organizations must change their leading style, handle properly the relation between the leadership of the Party and democratic administration, establish and perfect exciting mechanism and improve the advancedness and activity of rural party members and party cadres. Problems to be solved are as follows：how to enhance the economic strength of villages as collectives ; solving the problem of common prosperity of the peasants ; how to carry out the principle of seeking truth from facts and proceediflg from reality in all work in building new-tyle countryside;consolidating the material base of the party＇s power and exploring the road of developing village-level collective economy.
