摘要
目的探讨面部老化不同治疗方法适应证的选择原则及治疗要点,介绍一种量化评价面部老化程度和治疗有效率的方法.方法回顾性研究45例面部老化患者的相关资料,分析各种除皱手术与A型肉毒毒素注射的适用范围及治疗要点.结果 45例患者随访1～3个月,效果满意.适应证选择合理,除皱手术与A型肉毒毒素注射,均取得了较高的有效率.结论面部老化的治疗,应根据患者的自身情况和治疗需求,制定个性化治疗方案.
Objective To discuss principles in selecting curative indications of each method treating aging face and points of each method. Secondarily, to introduce a quantitive method evaluating degrees of aging face and curative efficiency. Methods Data of 45 cases of aging face were studied retrospectively. Then indications and points of different rhytidectomies and injection of botulinum toxin A were analyzed. Results In these cases, curative indications were chosen rationally, and fine curative effects were achieved after rhytidectomy or injection of botulinum toxin A. Conclusion To treat aging face effectively, individual - based treatment should be performed according to each patient＇s condition and demands.
