摘要
目的探讨以复合假体治疗生理支架结构缺损的鼻塌陷畸形的方法。方法根据鼻中隔软骨或侧鼻软骨等不同的鼻支架结构缺损特点,以“L”型硅胶鼻假体为主体,设计制作出相应的能有效替代鼻部生理支架结构的特殊形状的复合假体,并以隆鼻术的方式置入。结果临床应用于7例患者,效果明显,无并发症发生。结论特殊形状的复合硅胶假体能有效替代鼻部生理支架结构,通过简单的隆鼻术,可达到满意的治疗效果。
Objective Defect of nasal cartilage system, the supportive structure of nose, may result in nasal concavity. Augmentation rhinoplasty, a simple surgical procedure, was applied to correct this deformity. Methods Based on L type silastic nasal implant, a special implant complex was made according to the feature of supportive nasal cartilage defect. Then the nasal concavity, caused by the supportive structure defect, was corrected by nasal augmentation with this implant complex. Results 7 cases have undergone the procedure with good effect and no complications. Conclusion A special implant complex can accomplish the supportive function of nasal cartilage structure, and a simple augmentation rhinoplasty with this complex is effective to correct the nasal concavity caused by supportive structure defect.
