分体式隆鼻术

Hump nose operation using the several independent prostheses according to the nasal anatomic feature

目的寻求一种隆鼻术的新方法。方法将鼻假体设计成鼻背假体、鼻尖假体、鼻中隔假体三个独立的假体,并分别置入。鼻尖假体的凹凸形分叶状结构不但使鼻尖充分挺起,而且形态自然。对鼻中隔过低过短所致的鼻尖圆钝、鼻柱不挺、鼻孔扁圆患者,置入鼻中隔假体后,使鼻尖、鼻柱向下向前挺起,鼻孔成为竖立的卵圆形。结果本组患者共96例,94例术后Ⅰ期愈合,1例术后7d切口未愈合,1例术后1个月鼻中隔假体外露。结论鼻假体的分体式设计,术后效果自然。鼻中隔假体的应用及鼻尖假体的凹凸形分叶状结构,使鼻尖、鼻小柱向下向前挺起,鼻孔变为竖立的卵圆形。

Objective To explore a new method for hump nose operation position of thenose. Methods The designed nasal prosthesis consists of the nasal dorsum prosthesis, nasal tip prosthesis and nasal septum prosthesis and these prosthesis, which will decrease complications effectively, were implanted separately into nose. The designed prosthesis of the cartilago septi nasi make the nasal tip and dorsum downward and forward and make the nosttil upright - ovoid. The embossing - shape and leaf - like prosthesis of the nasal tip make nasal tip straight and Tthe postoperative nasal contours were more natural. Results Ninety- six patients were performed the operations. Of them, 94 cases healed primarily 2 cases didn＇t heal primarily because of unhealing incision and the nasal septum prosthesis＇s out respectively. Conclusions The anatomical design in nasal plastic surgery makes the postoperative nose contour more natural to the skeletal structure with fewer complications. The use of the prosthesis of cartilago septi nasi and the embossing - shape and leaf - like structure of prosthesis on the nasal tip makes the nasal tip downward and forward and makes nostril uptight - ovoid. The operation remedies the defect of the Orient and makes this plastic operation more accurate and more human.
