According to economics game theory of ＂rational economic men＂, the paper analyzes the essential causes of credibility crisis in depth in our stock market at present, reveals the result of Prisoner＇s economy game due to the system unbalance, and demonstrates that bringing credibility crisis under control is one of radical means to eradicate the crisis in our stock market. On the basis of analyses, some effective suggestions on systematical reforms are offered.
