摘要
校长的人际关系关系到学校全面工作的成败,具有领导和权威性、指向性、多元性的特点。校长的人格魅力、校长的管理思想、交往水平和协调能力、交往的时空和频繁程度等是影响校长人际关系的重要因素。据此,提出了调适校长人际关系的主要途径。
Headmasters, the supreme leader of education and teaching administration,whose interperesonal relationship concerns the success or failure of the school works. This article explains headmasters' personality glamour, management thought and management level, communication level and ability of coordinating,which influence headmasters' interpersonal relationship, and puts forward some measures to improve heacdmasters' interpersonal relationships.
