To do it, precaution and solution of risk should be the first step, which includes setting currency policy, reforming financial system, building and perfecting risk alarm system, bettering report and exposure of financial information, strengthening communication between the central bank and monitoring bodies, sharing monitoring information, self checking and cooperating internationally.
