农村留守儿童教育和管理探析

On Education and Management of the Rear Children in Countryside

农村留守儿童是我国社会转型时期的一个特殊群体,由于政府与社区关注较少、学校教育和管理失控、父母监控机制弱化,致使部分农村留守儿童安全问题突出、学习成绩下降、心理障碍较多。为此我们要从政府加大教育投入、学校加强教育和管理、家庭重视育人功能三方面采取措施,解决农村留守儿童的教育和管理问题。

Rear children in countryside are the special group in the social change period in China. The government and community concern them on not too much, achooling and management are out of contral, parents weaken their supervision on rear children, which cause part of rear children in countryside the questions as insecurity, decreasing school grades, psychological obstacles an so on. Then, we should take measures as follows to solve the education and management of rear children in countryside, they are： the government should put more money in such education, school should enhance education and management, family should pay attention to cultivating child.
