论我国成人高等教育资源的转型

On the Transformation of the Adult Higher Education Resources

成人高等教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,在提高全民族素质、国家建设,乃至当前全面推进高等教育大众化方面都起到了积极的作用,目前仍然是中国高等教育资源的必要补充。但是,应当清醒地看到,经过了几十年的发展,我国成人高等教育依然没有走出“学历教育”的怪圈。随着市场经济的快速发展,社会对高等教育培养人才需求的内涵已经发生了实质性的变化,“学历教育”的需求正日趋减弱。近年来,成人高等教育的改革和发展因受各方面因素的制约而陷入困境,甚至表现出诸多的不适应,成人高等教育“边缘化”现象也渐趋加剧。随着我国高等教育体制改革的不断深入,高等教育资源的重组、优化和提升已成为发展趋势。成人高等教育的历史使命已经基本完成,实现教育资源的转型已成为一种必然。

Adult higher education plays a positive role in improving the nation＇s quality, pushing forward the national construction, and the popularity of higher education. It is still an essential supplement of higher education resources. But it has not yet gone out of ＂diploma education＂. The fast market economy development urges substantive change concerning talent demand connotation. Recently, the adult higher education reform and the development gets into difficulty due to various factors and restriction, which even fails to adapt to the new situation arid intensify ＂the edge＂ phenomenon. Therefore, the higher education resources should be reorganized, optimized and improved. The author believes that educational resource transformation is inevitable due to its completion of historical mission.
