摘要
目的建立反相高效液相色谱法以测定肤宁乳膏中硝酸益康唑含量。方法色谱柱为NovaPakC18柱(150mm×3.9mm,4μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水(85∶5∶10),检测波长为220nm。结果硝酸益康唑浓度线性范围为49.62~148.87μg/mL,平均回收率为99.4%,RSD=0.78%(n=3)。结论该法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于肤宁乳膏的质量控制。
Objective To develop a RP- HPLC method for determination of the content of econazole nitrate in Funing cream. Methods HPLC was performed on Nova Pak C18(150 mm×3.9 mm,4 μm), column with CH3OH -CH3CN - H20(85 : 5 : 10) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 220 nm. Results The linear range of econazole nitrate on calibration curve was 49.62 - 148.87 μg/mL. The average recovery rate of econazole nitrate was 100. 2%, RSD = 0. 78% (n = 3). Conclusion The method was simple and accurate. It can be used for quality control of Funing cream.
