莫西沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的对照研究

Comparative Study on Moxifloxacin and Levofloxacin in Treatment of Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

目的评价莫西沙星片剂治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法将77例患者随机分为治疗组(38例,口服莫西沙星片400mg,1次/d)与对照组(39例,口服左氧氟沙星片200mg,2次/d),两组疗程均为7～14d。结果莫西沙星和左氧氟沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的有效率分别为89.5%和84.6%,细菌清除率分别为92.9%和90.3%,不良反应发生率分别为10.5%和12.8%,两组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论莫西沙星片剂治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效、安全性与左氧氟沙星相似。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of moxifloxacin tablet in treatment of lower respiratory tract Infection. Methods 77 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （38 patients） were treated with moxifloxacin tablet 400 mg, p. o, q. d; the therapy duration was 7 - 14 d. The control group （39 patients） were treated with levofloxacin tablet 200 mg, p. o, b, i. d. Results The overall effective rates of moxifloxacin and levofloxacin were 89.5% and 84. 6%, the bacterial clearance rates were 92. 9% and 90. 3%, the incidence rates of adverse reaction were 10. 5% and 12, 8%, respectively. There were no significant differences between both groups （P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion The curative effect is definite and safe with moxifloxacin in treatment of low respiratory tract infection.
