摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(简称ICP-AES)对镍基合金中微量铌的分析方法进行了试验.研究了载气流量、输入功率、观测高度等对谱线强度的影响,并对镍基合金试样进行了准确分析.实验结果表明,本方法灵敏度高、操作简便、快速,适用于日常分析检测工作.
In this paper, a method of determination of the trace niobium in nickel alloy by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry ( ICP - AES) is investigated. The effects of carrier argon flow rate, input power, observation height on the spectral-line intensity were also stu-died. And the sample is analyzed accurately. The method is high sensitivity, simple and rapid. It can be used in routine work.
