On the foundation of biological agriculture chemicals and importance of microorganism fertilizers, this paper discusses the developing situation in Heilongjiang Province biological agricultural chemicals and the microorganism fertilizers, and pointes out the problem of production, marketing and service instruction system, especially the countermeasure of the industrial plan, implementation brand strategy, strengthens to peasant household and enterprise staff＇s countermeasure and knowledge training.
