摘要
目的确定药对“丹参-黄芪”有效组分丹参总酚酸和黄芪总皂苷的最佳组方配比。方法以麻醉犬心肌氧摄取率及其变化率作为考察指标。根据权重配比法初步实验设不同配比组方6组,由结果分析得出最佳理论配比。在此基础上进一步做确证性实验考察两组分的协同作用。结果丹参总酚酸-黄芪总皂苷间有较好的协同作用,两者比例在5∶2时,可非常显著地降低麻醉犬心肌氧摄取率。结论丹参总酚酸-黄芪总皂苷的最佳组方配比为5∶2。
OBJECTIVE To select the optimal ratio of the total solvianolic acid and astragalosides. METHODS Cardiac muscle oxygen uptake rate in anesthetic dogs was applied to measure the effects of drags. Six groups of different ratios and doses were analyzed by the eighted modification method. Based on the analysis, five ratios and doses were selected to analyze, the interaction of the total salvianolie acid and astragalnsides. RESULTS The total salviannlic acid and astragalosides owned a strong combined effect. At the ratio of 5:2, the total salvianolic acid and astragalosides significantly decreased cardiac muscle oxygen uptake rate in anesthetic dogs. CONCLUSION The total salvianolic acid and astragalosides at a ratio of 5:2 results in an optimal combination.
