摘要
目的研究金银花中的环烯醚萜苷类成分。方法金银花经体积分数为70%乙醇提取,依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,乙酸乙酯部位采用硅胶及ODS柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果分得一个通过碳碳双键连接而成的、结构罕见的二聚体环烯醚萜苷centauroside(Ⅰ)。结论该化合物为首次从忍冬属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To investigate iridoid glacosides from the flower buds of Lonicera Japonica Thunb.METHODS The 70% EtOH extract of L. japonica was successively extracted with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate arid n-BaOH, The ethyl acetate fracion was subjected to silica gel and ODS column to obtain compound-centaurosiele( Ⅰ ). The structure was determined by spectral analysis. RESULTS The compound was found to be the first bis-secoiridoid glueoside with a carbon-carbon double bond linkage and identified as eentauroside.. CONCLUSION This eompound is firstly obtained them the genus Lonicera.
