摘要
用不同类型的SBS与不同组分的基质沥青配伍,对改性过程中的取样用荧光显微镜进行微观观测和动态力学扫描及常规试验,发现微观观测和动态力学扫描均是判断聚合物是否稳定分散与发育的有效手段,而动态力学扫描具有更高的灵敏度,可以根据扫描结果独立判断剪切发育程度,而微观观测需与常规试验相结合方可得到较好结论。
Microscopic observation through fluorescent optical microscope and dynamic mechanical test and normal tests were performed in the mechanical mixing process of different types of SBS and different asphalt of different composition, Dynamic mechanical tests and microscopic observation are both valid measures in estimating ff SBS polymer is dispersed and developed stably. Dynamic mechanical test is better in terms of sensitivity. The shearing and maturity can be evaluated by dynamic mechanical test only while both microscopic observation and normal tests are needed to get better evaluation results.
