摘要 针对沙角C电厂动力设备检修现状,提出一套完整的状态检修平台设计方案。该检修平台在对动力设备运行数据分类整理的基础上,充分挖掘数据信息,运用模糊数学理论对所有参数进行加权综合评判,得出设备的运行状态;依据设备的运行状态信息,运用模糊识别方法对设备进行故障诊断,得出设备运行的风险评判;运行人员参照设备的风险评判,结合人工现场经验判断,给出动力设备最优的检修策略。在沙角C电厂660 MW机组动力设备的实际运用情况表明,该平台界面友好、维护方便、模型推理可靠,为电厂实现检修优化提供了一种可行的方案。 Aiming at the present situation of condition monitoring for power equipment in Shajiao C Power Station, an overall design scheme is proposed in this paper. Based on the classification of operation data, fully mining the data information and integral weighted evaluation for all parameters with fuzzy mathematical theory can obtain the operation condition; according to this, in light of fuzzy identification, fault diagnosis can be introduced to get the risk evaluation; associated with the practical experiences of field stuff, the optimum maintenance strategy for power equipment can be obtained. The application in Shajiao C Power Station shows that the platform is interface-friendly, convenient for maintenance, reliable model inference, providing a feasible optimized maintenance solution for power plants.
