摘要
超超临界机组建设在我国尚处在引进、研制阶段,该机组水汽参数较超临界机组水汽参数更高,传统水汽分析取样架中的核心部件——冷却器的结构和材质不能满足要求,减压器在运行中易发生损坏、堵塞、泄漏,增加了维护工作量和费用。介绍吉林市光大电力设备有限责任公司应用自有专利技术和研发能力制成GDQJ型超超临界机组水汽分析取样架解决了上述难题,试验结果表明该装置与传统装置相比具有热交换效率高、节省冷却水、材质要求低且用量少、占地面积小、可靠性高等特点。
The ultra-supereritieal unit construction is still at the stage of introducing and development in China. With much higher steam-water parameters than supereritieal units, the structure and material of core part (i.e. the cooler) of traditional steam-water sampling rack can't meet the operation requirements. In addition, the incidental damage, blockage and leakage during the operation of pressure regulator increase the maintenance cost and workload. The GDQJ serf-regulating steam-water sampling rack for ultra-supercritical units, developed by Grand Power Equipment Inc. with its own patent was introduced. The experimental results show that the device is of higher efficiency in heat exchanging, less cooling water, lower material requirements, less area and higher reliability than traditional ones.
