摘要
本研究采用生物化学技术,提取、纯化,并鉴定了发酵乳中的多糖,其设计使用的制备多糖方法具有成本低、多糖纯度好、产量高的特点,并且用3H-Tdr掺入法测定了多糖抗胃癌细胞生长活性的抑制率。经研究这种发酵乳中的多糖在水中的溶解性差,但易溶解在酸性溶液中。该多糖抗胃癌细胞生长活性的抑制卒为81.44%,在发酵乳中的含量大于1250mg/L。
Extraction,purification and identification of polysaccharide from fer-mentedmilk were conducted through biochemical technology.Using H-TdR incorpora-tion method,growth inhibtion of human gastric carcinoma cell induced by this polysac-charide was also studied in this research report.Our study results indicated that theamount of this polysaccharide produced in fermented milk was great(up to 125 mg/100ml)and is had significant effect on the growth of human gastric carcinoma cell,aver-age inhibition rate being 81.44%.
