蒸气压缩制冷循环中R12、R134a回热问题的研究

摘要 本文针对采用制冷剂R12和R134a的家用冰箱,对蒸气压缩制冷循环进行热力学分析,得出了有效能损失的分配情况。然后在建立传统冷藏冷冻箱各个部件有效能平衡方程的基础上,选取合适的状态方程和计算工况,对制冷剂R12、R134a在冷藏冷冻箱中的有效能损失进行了理论分析。并利用计算公式,编制了计算机程序,对传统冷藏冷冻箱使用R12、R134a两种制冷工质进行了有效能数值计算。发现带回热装置的制冷系统的节流元件和回热器有效能损失比不带的系统分别少18.25%、10.26%,收益有效能分别高14.50%、9.23%。 Household refrigerator using refrigerant R12 and R134a is studied in this paper for thermodynamic analysis of vapor-compression refrigeration cycle and exergy loss distribution is found. Based on exergy balance equation of several parts of traditional refrigerator-freezer, refrigerant R12 and R134a exergy loss in refrigerator-freezer is theoretically analyzed with proper equations of state and calculation conditions. Calculation program is written with calculation formulas. Then exergy numerical calculation is carried out for refrigerator-freezer using two refrigerants R12 and R134a. It is found that exergy loss of expansion device and liquid-suction heat exchangers in refrigerant system with suction tube superheating device is respectively 18.25%, 10.26% lower than the system without the device and gain exergy of the former is respectively 14.50%. 9.23% higher than the latter.
