摘要
本文对西北地区的10种紫花苜蓿品种的氨基酸进行了分析.结果表明,礼县苜蓿、临洮苜蓿、永宁苜蓿的总氨基酸和必需氨基酸含量均较高;陇东苜蓿、会宁苜蓿、酒泉苜蓿的总氨基酸和必需氨基酸含量均较低;10种紫花苜蓿品种的总氨基酸和必需氨基酸平均含量分别为17.75%和8.51%:总氨基酸含量和必需氨基酸含量存在着极显著的正相关关系。所测试的苜蓿品种氨基酸含量具有特征性。
The amino acids of 10 alfalfa varieties in North-West China were anal-vsed.The results showed that the total amino acids and essential amino acdscontent ofVar. Lixie,Linzhao,Yongning were higher;while the Var.
