摘要
本文分析了完善我国物流法律制度的意义和我国现有物流法律制度存在的问题,提出了逐步构建统一物流法的思路与框架,强调了物流法律体系的构建应逐步实施的立法构想。
The article analyses the Significance of the logistics jurisprudence＇s construction in our country and the existing problems, puts forward construct the unification logistics law and frame gradually and emphasizes the legislation idea that the construction of logistics jurisprudence should carry out gradually.
