摘要
本文从供应链管理体系下的物流管理思想创新出发,论述了供应链管理体系下物流管理的特点及功能,分析了我国企业实施供应链管理中存在的主要问题,提出了供应链管理体系下的物流管理策略。
This paper creates a kind of logistics management thinking in the system of supply chain. It presents these features and functions of this kind of logistics management, and analyzes these key problems existing in the process when China＇s enterprises make supply chain management be there, and advises some strategies of logistics management in the system of supply chain.
