摘要
食品添加剂已成为继农药残留之后的热点安全问题,也日益成为食品和农产品贸易中的重要技术壁垒。通过总结归纳自WTO成立以来各成员发布的有关食品添加剂的通报,研究了WTO各成员对食品添加剂的管理措施。
Food additives became a focus problem and important technical barriers in food and agricultural product trade. The management of food additives in WTO members was studied by the summarization of all published WTO concerned notifications.
