摘要
纤维蛋白是血栓的主要组成部分,溶栓药物能溶解血栓主要是溶解血栓中的纤维蛋白。现在广泛研究的纳豆芽孢杆菌之所以具有较强溶血栓的功能主要是它能溶解血栓中的纤维蛋白的原因。比较了两种测定具有溶解纤维蛋白活性(以下简称“溶纤)”菌株活性的方法,从而为筛选具有高溶纤活性菌株提供简易的方法。
Fibrin is the main part of thrombus, many thrombolitics effection is dissolve the fibrin in blood. Today more studies about the Bacillus natto strains are for they have the effect on dissolving the fibrin. This study compares two methoding of measuring the yield of producing fibrinolytic enzyme,so as to get a simple method to screen the high yield of producing fibrinolytic enzyme.
