摘要
建立了离子交换-电导检测离子色谱法测定食品中亚硫酸盐的检测方法。选用IonPacAS11型分离柱,8mmol/LNaOH为淋洗液,加电自动抑制模式,样品经超纯水、不同浓度的NaOH溶液浸提后,过滤进样分析。此方法的相关性好(r=0.9990)。样品加标平均回收率为89.95% ̄96.42%,检出限为0.05mg/kg。与国标法对比的结果表明,该方法的准确度高、重现性好、操作简便。
An ionexchange method with conducting detection was established to measure sulfite in hemerocallis citrina baroni. Ionpac AS11 was selected as the separation column, 8mmol/L NaOH was eluent. After diyested with deionized water and NaOH of different concentration and filtrated with 0.45μm membrane, the samples was injected and analyzed. It shows that this method has a good relativity(r=0.9990). The spike recovery rate in sample was 89.95%-96.42%, the detection limit was 0.05mg/kg. Comparing with the results by national standard, this method had better accuracy and is easy operated.
