摘要
分析了步进电机升降频时发生失步、过冲的原因,提出了一种单片机控制的步进电机按S形曲线升降频的方法。该方法能有效提高定位系统定位的快速性和准确性且不必改变系统的硬件;同时可降低对步进电机功率的要求,降低系统功耗。文中以一个二维角度定位系统为例介绍了该方法的应用实现,试验结果表明同一系统在采用S形曲线升降频时的定位精度明显提高。
This paper analysises the reason of losing step or crawling when step motor accelerate or decelerate ,and introduces a method to accelerate or decelerate the speed of step motor controlled by singlechip following S curve. On the one hand, the velocity and the precision of the system can be improved, on the other hand, the system's hardware needn't to be changed and the power of the system can be lower while using this method. An angular orientation system is introduced in order to illuminate how to use this method. At last this paper gives the result of the test in which tow different methods are compared.
