摘要
利用二次跟踪法进行轴向工序尺寸的计算,成功地解决了尺寸链组成环的查找、公差的校核和组成环增减性的判断等三大难题,并给出了计算机编程算法,为CAPP系统中工序尺寸计算和工序图的生成提供了技术基础。
By using the twice-tracking method to calculate axial operational dimension, the paper solves three difficult problems: searching for dimensional making-up rings, tolerance checking, judging of add or subtract about the making-up rings. And then the paper gives the algorithm of computer-programming, offering technology to the calculating of operational dimension and creating of operational drawing.
