New Research on China's Agricultural Technological Advances: Based on the Perspective of Development Economics

舒尔茨的农业发展理论给予发展中国家农业发展一个重要警示:技术停滞是发展中国家传统农业生产落后,无法突破低水平均衡的主要原因。我国的农业技术水平长期以来发展缓慢,一定程度上导致了我国农业发展的低水平均衡。依托技术进步,打破技术滞后的低水平均衡,是我国农业现代化与新农村建设的必由之路。而发展经济学的技术进步理论,则为我国农业技术进步提供了各种可供借鉴的模式选择。

Schulze＇s agricultural development theory gave an important warning to the agricultural development in developing countries, stagnant technology is the major causes to the backwardness of traditional agricultural production and the low level balance unable to break through. China＇s agricultural technology level developed slowly for a long time which to some extent, resulted in the low level balance of China＇s agricultural development. That relying on technological progress, breaking through the low level balance of technology backwardness is the only way to China＇s agricultural modernization and construction of new rural areas. The technological advances theory of development economics provide for all kinds of model choice for reference for China＇s agricultural technology advance.
