The Structural Adjustment in the Process of the Economic Growth and Social Coordination Development

分析了影响我国经济稳定持续增长的主要因素,指出经济结构调整面临的发展机遇和走向,提出经济结构调整的要点:一是应以实施科技进步为导向的“升级式”调整。二是应以市场为导向、以企业为主体的调整。三是产业结构调整应以促进包括资本密集型、技术密集型和劳动密集型在内的多种层次“结合型”调整为主。四是要整体性地对包括产业结构、地区结构、城乡结构和所有制结构等经济与社会的结构进行系统性调整。

This article analyzes the main factor that impacted the China＇s economic stability and sustained growth, indicates the development opportunities and trend in the adjustment of economic structure and puts forward economic restructuring elements. First, it should implement the adjustment of ＂ escalation＂ that scientific and technological progress is oriented. Second, the adjustment should be guided by the market and the main body should be enterprisers. Third, the industrial restructuring should be an integrated adjustment with multiple levels that included the capital--intensive, technology --intensive and labor--intensive. Fourth, it should be a systematic adjustment wholly which include industrial structure, urban and rural structure, ownership structure and other economic and social structrue.
