摘要
兰州地区智能型电网调度决策支持系统是电力系统调度由分析型向智能型转变的开发尝试。系统采集电网监控与数据采集(SCADA)系统和保护故障信息系统的信息,采用人工智能技术,在电网正常运行时给出安全性和经济性的评估报告;当电网发生故障时,可根据故障涉及的开关和保护的动作情况进行故障诊断,并给出故障恢复策略;当有电网操作任务时,可自动开具调度操作票。文中介绍了系统的设计思路、软件和硬件体系结构、主要功能以及基于多代理技术的系统实现方案,阐述了智能调度的意义。
The intelligent decision support system for Lanzhou power network is an application attempt beyond the traditional power dispatching. The system utilizes the data from SCADA system and protection fault information system with artificial intelligence technologies. In normal conditions, it presents evaluation reports on dispatching security and economy. In fault conditions, whereas, it diagnoses the fault and offers the restoration scheme in terms of the action of breakers and protections. In addition, it produces the command order sheet automatically when the network modified. This paper introduces the design of the hardware and software architecture, main functions and the realizing process based on multi-agent system (MAS), and finally explains the mechanism of intelligent dispatching.
