摘要
介绍了一种新型容性设备介质损耗在线监测系统。通过利用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)同时实现测频、测相位差和自校正等功能,可有效消除零点漂移、电网频率波动和通道传输不一致等因素引起的误差;将FPGA和高精度晶振相结合,可大大提高系统的测量精确度;1片FPGA可同时实现多任务,极大地简化了硬件结构。现场测试结果表明,该系统的测量精确度和稳定性比传统检测仪器有很大提高,具有较大的实用和推广价值。
A new on-line measurement system of dielectric loss tangent (δ) with FPGA for high voltage capacitive apparatus is presented to improve the accuracy and stability. The system errors, caused by zero-floating, frequency fluctuation and variance of channel' s transmission, can be avoided by the FPGA, which is applied to achieve some important functions at the same time, such as frequency measurement, phase difference measurement and error adaptive correcting. The measurmg accuracy can be improved by integrating FPGA and high precision crystal oscillator. The configuration of hardware can be simplified by FPGA, which can implement multiple task with one FPGA simultaneously. Simulation and test results have shown that the performances of the measurement system based on FPGA are better than those of the conventional ones.
