摘要
运用水资源价值模糊数学模型计算出流域四大区间水资源价格,并对价格调整后的供水风险和水资源优化配置进行了分析。根据计算结果认为,水价的调整可以作为水利工程措施的一种有益补充,通过建立水市场,利用水价这一杠杆,实现水权的有偿转让,结合工程措施实施流域内调水能有效的降低区间供水风险。
In this thesis,estimate the water resource value of these four zones with the fuzzy mathematic model of the water resource value and analyse the situation of water supply risk and optimal distribution of the water resource after adjusting the water price. According to all of these study work, we can get a conclusion that the adjusting water price can be regard as a useful supplementary tool for engineering measures. To establish the water market and fulfil valuably transferring water right by making full use of water price's leverage and integrate engineering measures can effectively reduce the water supply risk in zone.
