对现场总线的应用现状进行分析,给出了一种基于OPC技术的多现场总线控制系统的结构框图及OPCServer/Client的开发思维,详细讨论了基于OPC技术实现的DeviceNet、LonWorks及ProfiBus的多现场总线控制系统。系统既能实现基于局域网的本地实时监控,同时又能实现广域网扩展的远程实时监控,为多现场总线控制系统的实现和优化提供了一个可行的解决方案。

In this paper,by analyzing the application current situation of the fieldbus,the structure block diagram of multifieldbus control system on OPC technology and development thinking of OPC Server/Client is given.The multifieldbus control systems on OPC technology,such as DeviceNet,LonWorks and ProfiBus,is discussed in detail. This system can realize not only local real-time monitor ＆ control based on LAN,but also remote real-time monitor ＆ control based on WAN.Furthermore,it offers a feasible solution for realization and optimization of multifieldbus.
