介绍了利用Delphi6.0编程工具开发半导体激光器光电测试系统,包括实时采样、数据测试和查询、筛选判断、波形绘制和打印等,可在LD工业化生产中对LD光电性能进行快速自动的检测。
The paper introduces the way that apply Delphi6.0 programming tools to the development of Laser Diode Photoelectric Test System,includeing real time sampling,data testing and searching,data selection,drawing of wave form,etc.The system could be used widely to test the LD＇s photoelectric performance rapidly and automaticly in the production.
