介绍了西南最大的选煤企业—盘北选煤厂集中控制系统技术改造的实施过程,并充分考虑原系统的构成现状——全厂采用了多家和不同型号PLC组成的多个独立的控制系统,为了把所有系统集成为全厂统一调度和管理的监控和监视系统,项目采用了国内外最先进的PLC控制和组态技术,采用了ModbusPlus、ControllerLink和TCP/IP三种不同的通信协议,并选用世界知名Intellution公司iFix组态软件来完成整套系统的网络集成,同时由iFix完成所有系统上位界面组态、集中控制、数据采集和报警显示等功能。

This paper introduces PanBei coal preparation plant centralized control system technological transformations implementation process,and fully considered the original system the constitution present situation-entire factory used have been many and the different model PLC composition many independent control system,in order to make all system integration for the entire factory unification the monitoring and the supervisory system which dispatched and managed,the project has used the domestic and foreign most advanced PLC control and the configuration technology,has used Modbus Plus.Controller Link and TCP/IP the three kind of different Communications agreement,and select world well-known Intellution Corporation iFix configuration software to complete the entire wrap system the network integration,at the same time completes on all systems by iFix the position contact surface configuration,the centralized control, the data acquisition and alarming display and so on function.
