以AT89S52单片机为核心研制出功能较为完善的快热式电热水器控制系统。该控制系统针对传统控制系统的缺陷进行了改进,加入了前馈控制环节,使控制更加优化,能快速实现恒温,安全上实现了防干烧,漏电保护和超温保护等功能。重点阐述了系统的工作原理、硬件构成、各部分的主要功能以及软件的结构和实现。

The paper introduces the basic design procedure of forming the control system of an tankless electric water heater with the single chip microcomputer AT89S52.This control system made the improvement to the traditional control system flaw.Joining the feedback forward control, it makes the control to optimize and to fast produce fixed temperature water according to user＇s setting.In the security performance,it can guard against burning on,leakage protection and utral-temperature protection etc.The emphasis is laid on the principle of the control system, the structure and the functions of the hardware circuit and software design methods.
