摘要
为了稳定水泥生产过程质量、提高生产效率,运用西门子CEMAT软件对某2500t/d新型干法水泥厂的自动控制系统进行了全新设计。系统运行结果表明,CEMAT软件运行稳定、抗干扰能力强、操作维护方便,极大地降低了操作人员的劳动强度,为水泥厂的正常生产提供了可靠的保证,具有推广运用的价值。
In order to stabilize the production quality of cement line and improve production efficiency,the siemens CEMAT soft ware is applied to redesign the automatic control system of one 25oo t/d new dry way cement plant. The system running results successfully in stable CEMAT soft ware run,strong anti-interference.easy operation and maintenance,and sharply reduce the labor intensity.It makes the production of the cement plant much more reliable and being worthy to be widely application.
