一次性切开挂线对口引流术治疗高位蹄铁型脓肿48例

Primary Incision, Thread-drawing and Contra-drainage in the Treatment of 48 Cases with High Horse-shoe Abscess

采用低位一次性切开、高位挂线、脓腔对口引流的方法治疗高位蹄铁型脓肿48例，一次治愈47例，治愈率97．9％。本术式能达到一期治愈的目的，克服了分期手术疗程长、痛苦大、瘘道形成的缺点。

The surgical procedure of primary incision in the lower position, thread-drawing in the high position and contra-drainage was applied in the treatment of 48 cases with horse-shoe abscess. As results,47 cases were cured primarily,the cure rate was 97.9%. This surgical procedure can ensure primary cure and can overcome the shortcomings of surgery by stages,e, g. longer treatment course, more pain and fistula formation.
