切开引流加挂线法治疗肛门直肠周围脓肿42例

Incision,Drainage plus Thread-drawing in the Treatment of 42 Cases with Perianorectal Abscess

采用切开引流加挂线法治疗肛门直肠周围脓肿42例，一次性手术治愈41例，治愈率97.6％，复发1例。无肛门失禁、肛管直肠狭窄及肛门畸形。结果表明，切开引流加挂线法治疗肛门直肠周围脓肿，既缩短了疗程，又减少了二次手术的痛苦，具有明显的优越性。

Incision,drainage plus thread-drawing were applied in the treatment of 42 cases with perianorectal abscess. Forty one cases were cured primarily, the cure rate was 97.6 %,and recurrence occurred in one case. No fecal incontinence, anorectal stricture or anal malformation were noticed. It is revealed that this surgical procedure has such strong points as shorter treatment course and avoidance of second surgery.
