PPH术后并发症的治疗（附25例分析）

Treatment of Complications in 25 Cases Following PPH

为探讨PPH术后并发症的治疗，对25例PPH术后肛门疼痛、出血、肛周脓肿及残留皮赘等并发症经再手术治疗作回顾性总结。25例再手术包括10例痔切除术，2例肛裂切除及内括约肌侧切术，3例钉子去除术，3例皮赘或息肉切除术，5例缝合止血术，1例血栓切除术，1例脓肿切开术。结果表明，PPH术后并发症需再手术治疗的主要是痔、肛裂、钉子残留或松动等引起的疼痛和出血。

The complcations（anal pain,hemorrhage,perianal abscess and residue of skin tag） following PPH and their reoperation were retrospectively summarized. Hemorrhoidectomy was performed in 10 cases,excision of anal fissure as well as lateral incision of internal sphincter in 2 cases,nail removal in 3 cases,resection of skin tag or polypi in 3 cases,suture and hemostasis in 5 cases,excision of thrombus in 1case,and incision of abscess in 1 case. Results show that the complications after PPH mainly are pain and hemorrhage caused by hemorrhoids,anal fissue,resudue of nail or loose nail,which need supplementary treatment.
