PPH对环状混合痔合并出口梗阻型便秘的治疗作用

The Therapeutic Effect of PPH in the Treatment of Outlet Obstructive Constipation Complicated with Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

为了探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）对环状混合痔合并出口梗阻型便秘的治疗作用，对PPH手术治疗的环状混合痔合并出口梗阻型便秘37例，进行术后随访观察便秘症状的改善情况。结果显示，37例环状混合痔合并出口梗阻型便秘者术后便秘明显改善或消失，随访3个月至4年无复发。结果表明，PPH手术对出口梗阻型便秘有明显的改善作用。

The objective of this study was to evaluate the therapeutic effect of PPH in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids complicated with outlet obstructive constipation. The constipation status in 37 such cases was followed up postoperatively. As results, constipation was notably improved or disappeared in all the 37 cases,and no relapse was found during the follow up of 3 monthes to 4 years. It is revealed that PPH is of marked therapeutic effect on outlet obstructive constipation.
