摘要
介绍了一种由2个三电平变流器和一个三绕组变压器构成的大功率变流器;建立了它基于开关函数的数学模型;对它的电压和电流进行了仿真分析.仿真结果表明在工频方波调制方式下,通过合理选择电感和电容值可以获得谐波含量较小的电压和电流波形,因而可用低频大功率开关器件如GTO构成对电网谐波污染小的高压大容量变流装置.它可用于变频器、有源电力滤波器、UPS电源、无功补偿装置(STATCOM)等,因此所建数学模型及分析方法在类似结构的电力电子系统的理论分析与仿真研究中具有一定的应用价值.
The mathematical model of a high - power converter which consists of two three - level converters and a three- winding transformer is presented by means of the switching function concept. The current and voltage harmonic contents of the converter are analyzed. Simulation results show that if the capacitance and inductance are selected rationally there are fewer voltage harmonic contents even in fundamental frequency modulation way, so the low - frequent high - power switching devices, such as GTO, can be utilized in the converter. In particular the converter can be used for the high- power inverter, active power filter( APF), UPS, STATCOM, and etc. As a result, the proposed model and analysis method are valuable in the theory analysis and simulation study of the similar power electronic systems.
