摘要
与粳稻不育系的测交结果表明:“粳恢×籼恢”、“粳恢×粳保”、“粳保×籼恢”和(广亲和品种×籼恢)F1都能得到强恢复力的花粉植株,其恢复力呈连续分布.“粳恢×籼恢”最易获得强恢复力花粉植株(占42.22%);“广亲和品种×籼恢”其次(占39.82%);再次是“粳恢×粳保”(占37.58%);最不易获得强恢复力花粉植株的是“粳保×籼恢”(占11.93%)。杂交类型对花培后代恢复力的稳定性没有影响。统计分析表明,花培植株当代恢复力与后代恢复力呈极显著正相关,而恢复力与其变异系数(C.V.)呈极显著负相关.这说明,当代恢复力强的花粉植株,后代恢复力也强,且不会随世代递增而发生退化;但恢复力较弱的花培后代,其恢复力较易受环境影响。
The testcrosses with Hanfeng A,a BT type CMS line in Japonica rice,showed that the pollen plants with normal fertility restoration ability(≥80%)could be obtained by anther culture of 'Japonica restorer line/Indica restorer line', 'Japonica restorer line/Japonica maintainer line,' ' Japonica maintainer line/Indica restorer line' and ' wide compatible variety /Indica restorer line'and the fertility restoration abilities of the pollen plants displayed consecutive distributions. For the plants regenerated respectively from 'Japonica restorer line/Indica restorer line', 'wide compatible variety/Indica restorer line','Japonica restorer line/Japmlica mainatainer line' and 'Japonica maintainer line/Indica restorer line', 42. 22%, 39. 82 %, 37. 58% and 11. 93% of those possessed respectively normal fertility restoration ability. The stability of fertility restoration ability of pollen plant progenies was not affected by cross combination types. The statistical analysis showed between the fertility restoration ability of the first generation pollen plants and that of their progenies there was some significant positive correlation, while between the fertility restoration ability and the variation coefficient of fertility restoration ability there was some significant negative correlation. These results indicated that the fertility restoration ability of the pollen plants with normal fertility restoration ability did not show deterioration with the evolution of generations.
