摘要
借助于微波和/或热击处理种子明显影响透性这一实验系统,用元素分析法研究了水稻种子吸胀期间的渗漏。结果表明:1.Na、K、Ca、Mg的渗漏率远大于Fe、Zn、Mn、Cu的渗漏率.2.不同处理下各金属元素渗漏量的变化幅度与该元素在种子内的含量呈非线性负相关。3.除Cu外,处理大多使矿质渗漏减少。本文认为利用元素分析的方法有助于定量研究各矿质元素的渗漏表现。
Studies on the mineral leakage during the imbibition of microwave-and/or heat shock-pretreated rice seeds by using atomic absorption spectrometry was carried out.The results were as follows. 1. The leakages of K, Na, Ca , Mg were remarkably more high than those of Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu. 2. The variation ranges of the mineral leakages in case of different pretreatments were nonlinearly and negatively correlated with the contents of individual elements in seeds. 3. Most of the pretreatments resulted in a decrease in leakage for the most of mineral elements, and only the Cu leakage increased remarkably after some pretreatment. The data obtained in these studies suggested that more accurate results could be obtained when atomic absorption spectrometry was used in the quantitative study on mineral leakage as compared to the use of conductometric analysis.
