中国部分甜椒品种的TMV抗性基因鉴定

STUDY ON IDENTIFICATION OF TOBACCO MOSAIC VIRUS(TMV) RESISTANCE IN SOME SWEET PEPPER VARIETIES IN CHINA

本试验对目前在中国市场上销售的甜椒品种作了ＴＭＶ抗性鉴定．结果表明：所有供试品种虽都被认为带有ＴＭＶ的Ｌ１抗性基因，但对正在蔓延的ＴＭＶ－Ｐ没有抗性．辣椒类型的“指天椒”对ＴＭＶ－Ｐ有抗性；带有ＴＭＶ抗性基因Ｌ３的日本品种、带有ＴＭＶ抗性基因Ｌ４的Ｃａｐｓｉｃｕｍｃｈａｃｏｅｎｓｅ的“Ｐ１２６０４２９”和“ＳＡ１８５”对ＴＭＶ－Ｐ也显示抗性．本文讨论了在甜椒育种时利用上述抗性材料的可能性。

Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV)resistance in some sweet pepper varieties on the market in China was identified in this study. The results showed that all varieties examined had resistance to TMV-tomato strain, but had not resistance to the spreading strain TMV-P.'Zhltianjiao 'of chili pepper type showed resistance to TMV-P. Japanese vanely'with TMV resistance gene L3 as well as pepper lines 'PI260429' and 'SA185 ' of Capsicum chacoense with TMV resistance gene L4 showed also this resistance. The possibility of using these resistant materials in sweet pepper breeding was discussed.
