摘要
本试验对目前在中国市场上销售的甜椒品种作了TMV抗性鉴定.结果表明:所有供试品种虽都被认为带有TMV的L1抗性基因,但对正在蔓延的TMV-P没有抗性.辣椒类型的“指天椒”对TMV-P有抗性;带有TMV抗性基因L3的日本品种、带有TMV抗性基因L4的Capsicumchacoense的“P1260429”和“SA185”对TMV-P也显示抗性.本文讨论了在甜椒育种时利用上述抗性材料的可能性。
Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV)resistance in some sweet pepper varieties on the market in China was identified in this study. The results showed that all varieties examined had resistance to TMV-tomato strain, but had not resistance to the spreading strain TMV-P.'Zhltianjiao 'of chili pepper type showed resistance to TMV-P. Japanese vanely'with TMV resistance gene L3 as well as pepper lines 'PI260429' and 'SA185 ' of Capsicum chacoense with TMV resistance gene L4 showed also this resistance. The possibility of using these resistant materials in sweet pepper breeding was discussed.
