摘要 介绍某型混合动力轿车多能源动力总成控制系统的设计思想和关键技术,着重阐述混合动力系统功能设计、控制逻辑和策略、系统硬软件设计以及动力系统台架联合调试的情况。研究轻度并联混合动力系统的控制策略、CAN通信、测试和试验等技术和方法,通过提高系统的控制功能和性能,最终达到改善混合动力汽车的动力性、经济性及排放等目的。 The paper presents the design concept and key technologies of power control unit (PCU) for hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) with emphasis put on function design, control logic and strategy, system hardware and software design, as well as test bench debugging of PCU. The control strategy, CAN bus and testing techniques of mild parallel HEV are also studied. As a result, the control function of the system is enhanced and the performance, fuel economy and emission of HEV are improved.
