摘要
以质量浓度为１７ｇ·Ｌ（－１）的ＫＯＨ溶液浸泡籽粒或叶片，进行申香粳４号香味的遗传分析．采用的品种除香粳品种申香粳４号外，无香味的品种有沪选１９和老来青．香稻和非香稻各杂交组合的Ｆ１植株均无香味．在Ｆ２代，各组合无香味与有香味的分离比例符合３：１，正反交没有差别，表明水稻香味是细胞核隐性单基因遗传，无细胞质的影响．测交结果证明了这一结论的正确性．
This paper reported that the authors analysed the fragrance inheritance in scented rice Shenxiangjing No. 4 by soaking rice grains or leaf blades in 17 g·L(-1)KOH solution and using scented rice (Shenxiangjing No. 4) and nonscented rice (Huxuan 19 and Laolaiqing) as cross materials. The F1 plants of various cross combinations didn't present fragrance at all, but in F2, the segregating ratio of fragrant and non-fragrant plants was approximately 3: 1. The results of reciprocal crossing didn' t show difference,indicating that the character of fragrance of rice plant is a character of nuclear recessive rnonogenic inheritance unrelated to cytoplasm. The results of test cross also proved the correctness of this conclusion.
