摘要
酸溶法是目前对蒙脱石进行活化处理的主要方法之一。文章首先分析了影响酸溶速率的主要因素,并在得出的最佳溶出条件下对Al2O3的溶出速率进行研究;结果表明,蒙脱石结构中Al2O3的盐酸溶出过程适用平板-内扩散控制模型,其浸出率X对反应时间t的关系可表示为(1-X)2=-kt;其表观活化能约为24.3 kJ/mol。
Hydrochloric acid dissolution is a major method of montmorillonite's activation at present. The main factors that affect the leaching rate of montmorillonite in hydrochloric acid were first determined and based on the optimum conditions, the leaching rate of Al2O3 from montmorillonite was studied. The results are summarized as follows: the leaching kinetics of Al2O3 can be represented by the model of the flat plate controlled by internal diffusion and the relation between the leaching rate (X) and the reaction time(t) can be represented as (1-X)^2=-kt ; and the apparent activation energy for Al2O3 leaching is about 24. 3 kJ/mol.
